1. Agreement and who can use it
Artists must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract. By creating an account or using a Vowberry page, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. The service
Vowberry gives wedding artists tools to publish a booking page, receive enquiries, send quotations and receipts, hold dates and track advances. Features marked "Coming soon" are not part of the service until released. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts
You log in with your phone number and a one-time code. Keep access to your phone and account secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
4. Plans and fees
The founding artist plan is ₹999 per month plus GST, as shown at sign-up and on the pricing page. Any trial or founding-price lock shown at sign-up applies as described there. We may change prices for future billing periods with prior notice. We charge no commission on bookings you receive.
5. What artists are responsible for
Artists are responsible for the accuracy of their profiles, prices, availability, packages and terms; for honouring accepted bookings; for the content and photos they upload (they must own them or have permission to use them); for only genuine client reviews — no fake or purchased testimonials; for lawful use; and for no spam, harassment or misuse of client contact details beyond the enquiry.
6. Bookings and payments
Vowberry is a software provider. We are not a party to any contract between an artist and a client, and not an agent of either. Clients pay the advance and balance directly to the artist by UPI. We do not receive, hold, verify or guarantee payments, refunds or cancellations. Any dispute is between the artist and the client. A date is confirmed only when the artist records the payment.
7. Clients using an artist's page
Details you submit go to that artist. Quotations are offers by the artist and are not guaranteed until the artist confirms.
8. Content and licence
Artists keep ownership of their content and give us a limited licence to host and display it to run the service. We own the platform, brand and software.
9. Acceptable use
No illegal, misleading, infringing or abusive content. No attempts to break, scrape or overload the service.
10. Messaging
Artists are responsible for the messages they send to clients from their own WhatsApp.
11. Suspension and ending
You can stop using the service or ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these Terms or the law. On request, we provide an export of your data where reasonably possible.
12. Disclaimers and liability
The service is provided "as is", without guarantees of uninterrupted service or of bookings or revenue. To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, and we are not liable for indirect or lost-profit losses. Artists will cover claims arising from their content or breach of these Terms.
13. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. We will try to resolve complaints informally first — email hello@vowberry.co.
14. Changes and contact
We will update the "Last updated" date when these Terms change and give notice of material changes. Contact hello@vowberry.co.
